Prices

Up-front pricing

All fees, diets and drug charges are subject to VAT at the current rate of 20%. Fee levels are determined by the time spent on a case and according to the drugs, materials, consumables and diets used. A detailed invoice for every consultation, surgical procedure or transaction can be provided.

Methods of payment: 

Payment is required at the end of each consultation, on collection of your pet following an operation and upon collection of any drugs or diets. You may settle the bill using cash or a credit/debit card.

Estimate of Treatment Costs:

We will happily provide a written estimate as to the probable costs of a course of treatment. Please bear in mind that any estimate given can only be approximate - often pets' illnesses will not follow a conventional course.

Settlement Terms:

We do not offer a monthly account facility.
